Who is mrbrown?????

mrbrown aka Mr Kin Mun LEE is the accidental author of the popular Singapore website, mrbrown.com, and has been documenting the dysfunctional side of Singapore life since 1997.

Affectionately known as the Blogfather of Singapore, his early work was a series of writings entitled Singapore National Education which poked fun at politics, current affairs and life in Singapore. It was extremely popular and was circulated via email and Usenet. His readers follow his writings closely, which these days range from current affairs, his family, and even his trips abroad.

From July 2003 to July 2006, he also wrote a popular weekly humour column for TODAY newspaper.

mrbrown also writes and hosts the mrbrown show (mrbrownshow.com), a comedy and satire podcast. The podcast airs weekly and is downloaded an average of 20,000 times per show.

mrbrown currently runs King Content Pte Ltd, producing new media content like the mrbrown show, a weekly movie/tv/dvd review podcast, See What Show, and a weekly games/gadget/technology video podcast, The WTF! Show. The WTF! Show also became a High-definition TV series on a subscription tv channel.

mb is married to Ginny, his long-suffering wife for 12 years, and is father to three lovely kids, Faith (seven and autistic), Isaac (five) and Joy (three). In a previous life, he also ran a graphic design business, worked in the largest bookstore in Singapore, and headed interactive production and consulted on web usability in an interactive agency.
